Refashion's financial situation

Refashion’s 2025 financial overview reflects the way a non-profit Producer Responsibility Organisation operates, with fully earmarked funds: 100% of the eco-contributions collected from producers are exclusively dedicated to fulfilling the obligations set out in the specifications.

The accounts are audited and certified by an independent third party, and financial management is strictly overseen by a State controller. The reserves recorded correspond to commitments already made (support for operators, eco-modulations, regulatory provisions) and guarantee service continuity. Every euro collected is fully allocated to meeting the obligations set out in the specifications for the Clothing, Household linen and Footwear EPR scheme.
